Hi, I’m Nicola!

I stumbled into fitness by going along to a ‘step class’ with a friend around 21 years ago. Little did we know this class was instructed by an ex bodybuilder and, probably still to this day, the most high intensity, hardcore workout I’ve ever done! Myself and my friend couldn’t move for a full week afterwards. In fact it was going back the next week that loosened my muscles off! Yes we went back. I had completely fallen in love with the buzz of exercising, doing something that made me feel good about myself and feeling my muscles sore knowing I’d worked them.

Over the next few years I tried various fitness classes and crazes. I was addicted! Addicted to how working out made me feel overall with the physical changes being a bonus. I decided to take my love for all things fitness to the next level and studied at college for my Level 2 fitness instructor qualification. I then gained my Level 3 Personal Trainer while 7 months pregnant with my 3rd child! I worked as a P.T for many years training women in their homes, home gyms and my home. I also worked in a local gym. I have recently studied and completed my Level 4 Nutrition qualification which allows me to create and provide full meal plans to accompany training plans to help women look and feel their best.

I’ve had a very eventful life, some say I could write a book! And in the last few years I have lost my Dad, very suddenly, and my Mum after a year long struggle with a terminal brain tumour, where I had to watch her deteriorate while caring for her. My 4th child was born in the first month of that year. One thing that I credit for keeping me going through these hard times, and many more is the gym/working out. Its the one thing that's always been consistent in my life and keeps me happy and strong in more ways than one.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalised program! 

  • Is this a subscription based program?

    Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or annually. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

  • Are the programs available world wide?

    Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

  • Can I do the plan at home?

    I can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

  • Refunds and returns.

    For information on my refunds and returns policy, please see the terms and conditions.

  • How do I cancel?

    To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

  • I’m new to the gym - Is this good for a beginner?

    The workouts are entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym, I’ve got your back with your very own personalised program. Choose weights that are appropriate for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

  • Is each month the same?

    No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.
